The concept of dynamic soaring by Albatrosses, a large seabird, can be used in optimization by flying long distances without using their muscles. This flight pattern, similar to riding a sidewinding rollercoaster, can fly up to 10,000 miles in a single journey and circumnavigate the earth in 46 days.
